You should really sell it to NMay. You listed a BIN, he offered it, but you won't sell it to him now. That's horrible business.

How about locking this expired auction (as you said, bidding ended on March 18th with Conrad the winner but he didn't pay)? If you want to sell the domain, set up a new auction or fixed-price sale topic and keep things organised (put a link in here to the new auction?).

I can't believe you said that!
Conrad should have sent the money, but if you did not send a PM to him then I can't see any obligation.
No more so than you obligation to sell the domain to the BIN bidder, NMay...

Well, I guess we have Moderator/Admin issues at TFL, LOL. Which is why this thread is still going. It was done almost 1 month ago. With no reason as to why Conrad didn't send money. I PM'd him and didn't hear anything until he posted directly in this thread a few days ago, which brought the attention back to it. I don't have to sell the domain to NMay, I said I would consider his offer if I don't receive anymore. The thread basically expired March 18th, yes, he met the BIN if the thread was still "valid" then I would be obligated to sell the domain to him.
Note: If there are moderators on the boards, close this thread or delete it. Auction is over, non-paying winner.
