Wordpress Skinning

Hello.
I have a wordpress MU site, if you are not familar with this you can check out mu.wordpress.org .
I need my design skinned to be used as the main page, and then the same design skinned for the users to use.
I hope this makes sense to you.

From what it seems to me, the main wordpress MU page is just a normal html page and you have basically set up everything yourself
And the users page would just be like a normal wordpress skin

I hope someone could do this for me, paid of course.
xhtml, css, tabeless, widget ready, all the good stuff
please post your prices and past work here and a way that i can contact you (email, aim)

Also this could end up being a long relationship if it turns out good because I will need quite a bit of sites coded in the future.
