Dreamweaver error

Whenever I am working on Dreamweaver, after couple minutes I get the following error and I have to close the program-

The instruction at "0x5ad71531" referenced memory at "0x00000014".The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.
------------

Do I need to install it again?

Which version of Dreamweaver do you have?

Dreamweaver MX 2004

I've seen errors like this before, I just can't remember what I did. And I saw them in other programs, not just Dreamweaver, and not just Macromedia.

Hm, you could try reinstalling it, but it could be your system. A virus could be causing some problems. It could be that there isn't enough virtual memory availiable for the program. Were there a lot of programs running in the background (Memory eaters like Photoshop, Illustrator or Maya)?

It's a conflict error.

I use to get that while running IE and SmartFTP.

What did you do when you got these errors?

Reformatted...I reformat every month so it was just time.
