Help me fight the ripper - 8css.com VS bestwebgallery.com
This is ridiculous! I can't believe this. 8css.com just ripped my site www.bestwebgallery.com completely with no respect of copyright at all. I did email the administrator of 8css.com, however, no response. Please support me and digg this story and hopefully the designer is aware of my message.
That is definately not a rip, just a little inspired. You guys are so fussy.
Just kidding. It says at the bottom of 8css that the site is designed by you.. Maybe he's really stupid and thinks that all designs are to share, haha..

Did you ever think giving him a ****load of digg traffic might not be the best thing to do for your site's reputation?
I posted the DNS info, I was showing you his phone number.
Once you have that it's not difficult to take legal action. He is hurting your site's reputation which is Libel in and of itself. I strongly suggest you contact him by phone as soon as possible to get this worked out. Otherwise your site will continue being hurt.
