More of the same examples is not an excuse to bump a thread daily, we've seen enough.

We or moderators will decide when it is "enough", thank you

That much could be guessed from looking at the headers (of course you source from stock image sites) and an ounce of common sense (of course you purchased some form of license).

What license(s) are they provided under for the end-user, and can you detail license(s) information for the headers themselves? Your site makes no mention of using these headers in a commercial sense. If that is not allowed, who on earth is going to buy them; how many of these headers have been sold here?

You can find on our site under "License" all you need to know, in particular it is stated "for personal use".
Our main target is internet marketers category but would like to expand it to bloggers as well. Usually our clients buy blog themes and are not satisfied with header images. We give them alternatives.

Our headers are altered/photo effects manipulated/improved. The buyer gets a Personal License which states conditions of use. We cannot control ( and it's not our wish) what the client decides to do with the design.

Our extended license allows us to use image(s) as original in a limited number ( 10000)

"If that is not allowed, who on earth is going to buy them"
You may want to reformulate this way of speaking as we do business in a very polite manner. To answer: if a client buys a header he is entitled to use it as he pleases. If he wants to sell his site and use the header image then he must purchase the proper license from the stock image site

"how many of these headers have been sold here?"
Inappropriate question

I saw that, but "personal use" does not equate to using the headers on a money-making website, in my understanding. (But, I guess that's a topic for the more discussion-related forums here.)

My apologies, being impolite was not the intention. The statement was related to the complete lack of information regarding using your product in a commercial sense and not understanding (I still don't) how your main target market can call their use of your product "personal".

Inappropriate answer. I'm looking to gauge your involvement with the traders here, according to your iTrader rating you have none. I'm reluctant to purchase from you because you're a) very defensive, b) have no history here, and c) provide very little information in response to questions. That is why I was looking to see if other people here have worked with you.

Thank you Salathe for taking the time to write your opinion. We expressed ours. No apologies needed, without our clients our business would be zero.
Over the years we (my business partner and I) understood that our success resides most of the time in our ability to design simple things that "conquer the eye". Sometimes this is an ...inability but we go on.

We'll take into consideration this, indeed we don`t have history here but certainly we don`t do business based on iTrader

Thanks again

Robert
