As for GUI, sometimes less is more. And it's also much more effiecient.

I would only like 3 more things on GoogleTalk:
Ability to change name,
an 80x80 display pic,
Coloured text.

I Don't want Games that I never play, I don't want to see people on webcam or voice, I don't want interegated "MSN Space" crap, I don't want annoying animated emoticons popping up everywhere and I certainly don't want ads everywhere.
I agree. I used trillian but now am using plain old AIM. I also use Google Talk. I dont know why people dislike google so much lately...
