Redesign Ideas?

I'm working with a client on redesigning their site and not sure where to start. I know the first thing to work on is removing frames and adding CSS, but as far as design goes, any suggestions?

no frames and no intro page. as for the visual approach is up to you. A nice and impressive header image will do the trick i suppose.

and write the contact info at the footer with text and not image

I wouldn't even remove anything. personally I would scrap the whole thing and start fresh, ahh organization.

edit: by scrapping i mean within reason of course, im sure there are some things you would rather not have to code again. heh.
