I am new in freelance comunity and I need an information about how do I get information from a microphone in PHP. Could someone tell me where I con find this kind of info?

PHP is server side - it cannot record on its own, I'd recommend you to look for a flash tutorial on how to record sound. From there, you can get it to upload the file to your server via php.

What you are looking for is not possible in PHP.
HOwever, i do agree with sam. All you can do is to create a page where you can upload it to your database and play that file from your database.

I haven't heard that yet and that is not possible in PHP. PHP is meant for creating dynamic webpages and it cant record any input live like that.

it is absolutely possible to do with php by using VXML,there are various online VXML platforms available which give free hosting to fiddle with VXML ,also they give extensive online resources as help.

I think you might need to be a bit more creative - One possibility is to interface with Flash - using that you can get control of a user's microphone through a Flash widget, then do something with it and...

[insert complex code here, which is what you'll have to investigate, and which I haven't written]

...and then send it to the server where PHP is running and do something else with it.

Unfortunately it's not as easy as "doing something with it in PHP"
