The header on the top one is good, not so sure about the logo though.

1st one is my fav, think you should go ahead and progress further with touchups on that one. Try touching up the footer a bit.

The first second one looks professional and the first one is little bit of whimsical in approach. All this I can suggest.

I prefer the first one.. however make name of blog in 3d program

like xara or. whatever.. it will give some more depth.. ;p

I love the 'your hungry, grap the feed!' i think the first preview looks ok, but the font is way to big ? and the bottom doesn't really fit in my opinion... I don't realy know why, but a blank one would look better somehow! Second layout looks clean !
