Looking for VB6 Programmer

I am looking for a VB6 programmer to create me a online texas holdem game similar to pokerstars or partypoker to play with free money. It doesn't have to have every game that they have, just texas holdem.

I am also looking for someone to create a single player texas holdem game.

I can go higher then 250 if need be.

does the work absolutely have to be VB6? I've been using VB2k5 recently, and could do it there.
