[WANTED] Vbulletin coding quotes

Hi, I'm creating the following skin, and i will need it coded.
Please pm me with a quote if you can:
- code this
- Help me integrate some mods with this skin (Openads, Icash, maybe a few others). (where to place certain codes etc)
- accept payment through paypal

I still have to gather some funds to afford this, so don't expect me to pm you back tomorrow saying you got the job. It might take some weeks. I just want to know how much money i would have to collect.

If possible please include the following info in your pm:

- What times you can be online on MSN or any other live messenger program (msn preferred) + your msn email

- if you happen to speak dutch, please inform me.
- if you are interested in a trade (be it in adition to payment) with some kind of graphic (template, banner, whatever - NO logos) please inform me.
