Need Quote

The system will be for ForumEmoticons.com, it will fundamentally allow designers to upload their emoticons for download using an upload form, the form will be simple with a drop down list which users pick the forum type the emoticons are made for (vBulletin, IPB etc). An admin will have to approve any upload before it goes to the download page and uploads will only be accepted in .zip and .rar format.

A user system will be needed for users to download the emoticons (you can't download emoticons without an account). Any questions...post them here.
