Old  Build a Content Rich Website

An attractive website is created via the content provided by the site to the visitor. Without quality content, your site is nothing, no matter how beautiful the design is. To create a content rich website, you’ll need to know how to create it, and to update your site regularly along with ensuring quality.

Commitment and Ensuring Quality
By ensuring quality content and being committed to creating quality content are among the first steps for building a content rich website. Don’t distract your self when you’re online building content for your site. Distraction will lead to poor quality content, focus on what you’re writing or created stick to it until it is finished. Being committed to your site is adding quality content to your site if you feel up to it or not. Design your self a schedule for updating and adding quality content to your site in order to fulfill fresh updates.

Updates your Website Regularly
By having a site that is updated on a weekly schedule is just a great way for a visitor to return every week, especially when you have quality content. Just think, try and have your visitors not be able to wait until the next updates, try and make then strive to check back each day just because of the quality and great content. When your old visitors return and your new visitors become the old visitors, your site will be on the way to becoming a great hit.

Content Creation
Creating unique content will be another reason for visitors to check back in to your website, because they can only access the content via your site and no one else has it. Knowing what your audience wants and providing it will also be just another reason for your visitors to check back. A few suggestions for a website that is directed to webmasters could include: articles, user-submitted art gallery, reviews, interviews, tutorials, and much more.

Content - Articles
Articles are one of the greatest forms of content that you can have available on your website. These articles should relate to the topic of your website. They should teach your visitors something or inform them of something. Make them useful to your visitors, so much that they would refer their friends to read it.

Content – Reviews
Reviews on new products available on the market, books, or even websites might catch the interest of your visitors, and might even be useful if they are thinking about buying that very same product. The reviews should be made on anything related to your site or content; so if you have web design site, have reviews on popular programs such as Adobe Photoshop CS, and others. Within your reviews, you should include the ups and downs of the product, unique features, most attractive feature and so on.

Content – User Posted News
Transform your site in to a latest happenings resource for your visitors. Allow selected users to post news about the latest things in your industry, new products released, or even about new web sites released. Try to get your users to make the news interesting, fun, unique, or all three of these. Allow visitors to comment on the news to add a personal touch to it and all them to get involved with the website.

Content - Interviews
An interview with a famous person in your field adds excitement will add excitement to your website. Choose an expert quest that will interest your visitors. Interviews can also add inspiration to your visitors for their sites, which allows your visitors to get a personal feel out of the reading. When you make a request to interview someone, have a set topic, and prepare a set of questions. Most people will be happy to be interviewed. So send that set of questions to them after they agree and receive an interview back.

Create Your Content
If you have the patience, the time, and the skills creating your own content is not only good, but great. If you have the patients and time to put forth in to quality content, do it yourself. Most needed are the skills, and if you can write well and be understood. Creating your own content is a good investment such you’re not spending any money or asking to display other site’s content on yours (making that content not unique).

Hiring Content Writers
If you don’t have the time to write content, this is one of your few options, especially if you want the content unique. Some freelancers are more then willing to write content for sites for a pay per article use most likely.

Was a very nice article Remix.

I believe you meant to use 'patience' instead of 'patients'.

Awesome article Remix. I used to run websites called "e/n" websites and I was averaging about 2000 unique hits a day because I had selected users posting updates and everything to the website. People were able to participate by adding comments and certain applications which were tested for virii first. Yeah... that was back in the god ol' days when I did everything for free, haha.
