you can buy

Again, the free flash software (if there is one) isn't worth it. Adobe Flash or Swish is going to be the best. They come with trials (Adobe flash does, anyways) for 30 days.

Swish is pretty easy to use and yet powerful.
Flash is more advanced and of course more powerful.
