Good tutorial sites and templates

Hey, I'm starting to gain interest in tutorial sites and I was wondering if some people could link me to some of the best ones? I know P2L and Good Tutorials obviously, but there's a lot more. Also, what are the best tutorial templates?

I've been struggling on some tutorial submissions lately due to the fact I have nothing in mind to do. If you have some suggestions or want help on making something, i'd be glad to write a tutorial on it .

Are you looking for just Photoshop tutorials, or pretty much everything? Tutorialized is alright.
