IMHO, its just the colors that look similar; the layout is a bit different.

well i have never seen that design, and no one else seems to think anything of it!

There are a few things the same in the design, but i bet you could find any 2 designs and say theres something similar. Who cares if there both in a rounded rectange its all different and James' is better :P haha jk, i dont think its anything to argue about though!
