  Old  New to html!?

Hey everyone, this is a simple page made of html for those who are new to HTML or webdesign this might teach them how to change colors and add text I hope you enjoy it although its just simple .

I always thought a great starting point for learning html/css etc was www.htmlgoodies.com. Someone correct me if i am wrong lol

Sure, it's a simple page. And yes it is made of HTML. Only you can tell me if it was made for those who are new to HTML or web design. This will not however teach them how to change colors and add text.

Thumbs down on this pseudo-tutorial! If you're going to teach new people about HTML, at least a) know all about HTML and b) know how to teach well.

Sorry if I'm harsh, but this really wouldn't help anyone least of all someone new to the subject... 113 lines of meaningless code?.. And even worse, this isn't even valid HTML 4.01 (as dictated by the doctype).

If you're new to HTML, I would reccomend you to use http://www.w3schools.com for learning. It's the best and useful website I've ever seen!
