Can't help you with this problem but if you are going to type Forum Skin in your topic title expect for there to be a bot posting spam after the topic goes up.

Still need help with this, I need to edit one colour but there are so many files involved in phpBB I just don't know where to look...

It is all in a CSS file located in the administration panel if I remember right. What are you trying to edit? I used that for years and probably can help. If not, Google is your friend young padawan.

style.css in the template folder if my memory serves me correctly. /themes/<theme name>/style.css, otherwise it will be in the images folder in the template folder.
