That is his portfolio. I talk to this guy on AIM quite a bit, but I had no idea he blatantly stole so much stuff. That is pretty sad.

Its funny, because when he sent me the link to this site, the first thing I said was "Cool I guess, but it looks like every other trendy site out there" and he bet me that I couldn't find another site that looks like it. How ironic.

yeah he has shown me some designs too, and asking for comments, and that was another rip. and got a respond, that it was only for practise.

well maybe he learns one day..

Alright, first of all, a few things.
Vulcan... yes, i was very much inspired by 24-7media's design. I wanted to see if I could make something like that, trying to emulate it. guilty.
However, the design to the folio itself, it's legit. Last summer, me and matt, Artico, were going to make this thing called mp.Studios. This was the design for it. Matt wanted to go and start Template Alien, and I wanted to continue freelancing. So, I bought matt's share of the rights, and finished it.
As to the coding, I've been very busy lately, so I got someone else to code it.

It looks to me like you compleatly ripped it. If you want to see if you can make something like that, do it, but then don't go parading it around not telling anyone where your "inspiration" came from.
