WTB Template Design/Coding

I'm looking for someone that needs more experience building a portfolio or just someone that can spare some time for not too much money. I'm on an extremely tight budget, knowing that i get what i pay for.. But as stated in other posts. I'm trying to bring back my custom computer building business/hobby. Nothing too complex but also something that will keep my paying customers safe from CC leeching. If anyone is interested in taking on such a task, please feel free to PM me at any time. I'd like to thank everyone that replied to the post. But I'm now loosening up on my tight budget and giving myself a 100-200 dollar budget. Looking for a design with code. PM if interested.
