I like the layout of the design and i can see where you're going with it although there are a couple of things i dislike such as,

• Navigation Buttons:
  They are really big. Yes, you want them to stand out but not like that. You may also want to think about lowering the opacity of the scanlines on them.
  
• Banner:
  I don't like how the banner is black and white. It would be better if you added colour to this, make it stand out a little and match the rest of the colour scheme.
  I'm not to good on fonts but i'd suggest changing the banner font and decreasing the size of the text "Your Company Name".

Appart from that, it looks great. Keep up the good work!

'Your Company' needs to work on. It's not easy to see clearly from the header background. Have you thought about the footer? Well make it. You better take off the white overlay on navigation, its abit messy over the black text. After you done this, your layout shouldn't have any problems.

I think the colours are the main problem here, the navigation/layout isn't that bad but the colours green/grey really don't suit each other and the site has a very unprofessional and ugly feel to it. Try a lighter combination of white/blue or white/green even.

Good job, maybe cut down on the scan lines and make the text in your banner easier to read.
