Yea I like all except the links on the top right.

I love the design but i think the Header is too big and the text on the right nav. Good job.

Like everyone else has already said. The bottom half looks great but when I look at how big the header area is and the way the navigation looks it messes with the quality of your design.

Rework the header and i would re-do the navigation aswell. Nice work none-the-less.
