Firstly, welcome to the community!

Your design is preety good, especially considering it's your first one! The header doesn't really fit the scheme of the design and doesn't reflect a "business" template in all honesty.

I like the red colours on the plans, this goes well with the shades of green/blue. It just all seems a little too plain and basic for me, when i say this i'm refering to solid colours, basic buttons and default fonts being used.

You have mixed two styles together, business and graphical, the navigation isn't professional and is something i would expect to see on a design or tutorial website. On the other hand the two small icons are very nice.

Browse around other webhosts, www.hostrocket.com has an awesome design, as does www.dinix.com, while both maintaining their professionalism.

Hope i've helped, don't be disheartend, you have great potential but you just need to work harder and learn alot more.

Regards

The only thing I could suggest is with the grid you have on the banner. Make the grid smaller and bring the lines in together more... it would give it a better feel. Overall though, it's pretty good for a first time
