[Wanted] XHTML/CSS Coder

Hello TalkFreelance,

I have too many projects going on at a time at the moment, so I'm not going to be able to get one of them coded by myself. What I need is a two page (main page and subpage) design which must be coded into VALID tableless XHTML/CSS.

Here is a preview of the design:

A few key points on this;

A) All columns must expand according to the ammount of content put in them.

B) The design itself must expand vertically.

C) The glow-ish border MUST remain intact!

Please post your portfolios (I will not even consider hiring anyone who does not have any previous works to show) and your bid on the project.
