My name is Bryan Le and I've been a professional freelancer for the previous three years. I've had the pleasure of working with local companies in the MD, VA, and DC area giving small businesses a huge presence. I've also been fortunate enough to work with many webmasters and entrepreneurs on a global scale. I handle all of my clients through BasecampHQ (Invoices available via FreshBooks.com) and have plenty of experience working with people who know something about the web, or nothing at all. I take care of the project from start to finish. Questionnaires, briefs, files, etc. will all be handled in one central place so you're comfortable with knowing all of your project's details.

My rates start at $250.00 for an uncoded .PSD. I also offer sub page design at a discounted cost, vBulletin Design (coded and non coded), Wordpress Blog Designs, and xHTML/CSS coding for any of the above. My problem is I don't have time and I have to outsource this job.

My site will not be Flash based, but Jommla based.

What I need is a PSD file with a freaking awesome design that reflects all the spirit of freedom and adventure.
