  Old  Update a template

Hello, I am looking for a quote on how much it would cost to spice up a template and add a hosting page. Here's what I've got now. I'm not looking to spend much, if any at all. I do have $10 in istockphotos which can be used upon request for the template. I've got the PSD already.

That is bad. I could re-do it all and make it a 1000 times better for $200. You can view my portfolio at www.boycoda.com

I will not need any stock images. Everything I make is unique to you.

What is bad about it? I thought the design was decent, no?

The design itself is a little out-dated no offence, and whoever did this was lazy. Lazy designers do not organise or name layers. It would take me 30mins or more depending how many layers, to figure what is what and organise it all properly. Otherwise, to bring your design upto todays standard, it needs alot of work or simply redoing.
