Old  I'm looking for cheap but good headphones

This is my first time going out and trying to find some headphones for my needs. I've been using Apple Headphones for the last couple of years but I'm tired of them losing their power every 3 month's so.

Price Range:10-40usd

Rather have buds than the full headphones that goes around your ears.

Any suggestion would be greatly considered.

When I work out I use a cheaper pair of headphones that go around the top of my ear so they don't fall off. (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1051826204520)

Recently I bought a pair of Skullcandy's after my friend said he loved them. (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1177112902751)
