Web Cam Capture

Hi guys,

I'm after someone who can create me a Web Cam Capture in flash or any technology you think will fit best and then upload it via PHP. I can do the PHP side, as long as you point it to a php file I can create and then you tell me how I grab the photo from it.


Please give me quotes.

I don't have flash, so I really need someone who can build me the product and just tell me what I need to do on the PHP side if you guys could..?

I looked on Google Sir but I don't have Flash, therefor I can't modify anything.
