  Old  Starting a Golf Forum Website

Hello guys! I am a Junior golfer, Ranked in the top 250 in the world in Junior Golf and I have been on websites for a while. I am looking to start up a golf forum website and I need a little help. I am looking for someone to be my "co-owner". I have TONS of ideas for this website and I have ownded websites before so I know what needs to be done.
