I need a layout coded in valid xhtml + css. It does not need to be table less, but the code must be well written, fast loading, and work in all major browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc). The price is negotiable. This job will go to the best suited coder, NOT to the lowest bidder.
I am perfectly capable of coding this myself if I was not pressed for time, so I will hold the code to a very high standard.
