Old  Prices For Starting a business

I was wondering on average in the USA (or uk but preferably usa) how much does it cost to get you company listed as a company. I am knew to this idea so maybe i mean registering it as suppose a llc. Is their any town fees you have to pay and such?

Thanks

It's not that expensive. I think in the UK it's something around £20 to be registered as a ltd, plc. Wouldn't suspect it's a huge price to be honest.

It's not that much. A friend I know here registered his software business for under $100.

I don't know about being registered as a company, but I do know about trademarks... My friend and I are planning to trademark a logo, and upon doing some research we've found out that it'll set us back $275 - $350.

Depends.. For instants, I live right on the missippi, so a 2 minute drive puts me in another state.

The state I live it, it costs $50, but if I drive for 2 minutes over the river to the next state, it costs $500.
