  Old  Projects Overlap

Hi, I hope someone with more experience in freelance can help me, I am a web developer, I have a project coming in and my client has moved the project several times now, I haven't start something else of fear of not having enough time to finish and start the project that I am talking about.

My question is how you deal in situations? Do you ask for a deposit or something?

Thanks

Moved to appropriate form.

If he moves the project its his problem if you don't have time. I always require a deposit when committing to a project and even then if he moves the date around I'll do other projects until he's ready. If he has to wait a little time he shouldn't have moved it, you are not his employee.
