If a client is someone you dont like I figure its for a couple reasons:
1. They arent a good person. Which ultimatly deams then to be unworkable with.

2. They are you competition and you don't need or want to help them get ahead and make your name/buisness fall behind.

Thats just my .05 cents.

If they paid upfront, I would do it. But, before I started anything, I would make them pay and then wait for a possible fraud email from PayPal saying your account has been frozen because the person who sent the money has a stolen account, lol.

If there didn't happen... then I would probaly do the job..

as long as i didnt have to talk to them much then i would, or if it was alot of money i would.

i wouldnt do it for such people who i know have scammed ppl or that hate me... bcoz that would set you thinking... if they hate me why are they hiring me? asnwer... probably to scam u.

I never work for people I don't get along with. Just a few days ago I refunded a guy 1/2 way through a project because he was driving me nuts!
