Friends thinking website design + development is easy.

Your original post certainly seems a bit more justified after hearing the full story. I solve this problem very easily by doing absolutely 0 web work for any friends. No discussion.

I have, several times. Although, he still expects me to. This time I tried to justify my answer, show him that design and development does take time and does cost money.

nah, just kidding. I know what you feel, my mates often ask me to create a tamplate or something like that for them, or teach them the first steps in webdesign, but they think creating a template is like, w00ps, three seconds work, and most drop of when they se they'll actually need to do an effort for it
