  Old  Popular website elements?

Ok firstly not sure where this needs to go!

Right well i've always run a website for friends etc to use and up until now its been a blog and a forum.

What other things could i use? forums, chat clients, what other "things" could go on a site like that?

What fun/useful stuff have you found on such websites?

Cheers!

Its just general, for my college friends.

People just go on there to waste some time really!

Things I can think of: Blog, Forum, Arcade/games, Image Gallery etc.
