I would like to salute Gareth and add that Hostedfx is really great.My site was hosted on couple other hosting but it is nothing comparing with server power by Hostedfx.
Gareth is great guy, you can talk and request anything from Hostedfx and i would like to recommend this cheap and powerful hosting to everybody.

Thinking about ordering a silver or gold for one of my sites, but can any current customers tell me how good the support is? how fast do they usually respond?

They usually always respond the minute you send them something. They are EXTREMELY Good. You can't go wrong with them.
