Ok, so I've noticed there is alot of great graphical talent here, but not too much on the programming side. If anyone is in need of a serious programmer to code your designs I'm available for hire

Many of you design templates, but once it gets to the coding side, the design starts to lack, or only works in IE. I will make it work for other browsers and be standards compliant.
