right now i'm splitting up my work between work and fun, so i've decided to build a seperate website for the random artwork i end up doing and any rants i feel like typing every now and then.
since i'm designing it as a seprate entity than my freelance website, i took a more personal site approach and decided since it's about the artwork to make some art out of this. i intend to do some more work on the body and all, but right now i'm just out for people's opinons thus far. i started with one idea in my head and then took a complete 90 degree turn.
I'm liking the header, the guy is awesome! The bottom half just seems rushed and abit plain imo....like you just rushed it. It's also very dark, perhaps try and use some different shades of grey to make it lighter as i find the text hard to read.
robson: it is rushed. i've been focusing on the header for most of the time. i built it back up, being the solid colours then went ot work on the header. i went in a completely different direction than i ogirinally intened, so i'm still trying to blend it all together now.
but thanks. i also found the text a little hard to read, white doens't work so i'm going to lighten the shades of grey to give better contrast.
