Games reviewers required

Hello there,

Right, well first off I run gaming news and reviews website, MadGamers.net, ; which aims to bring our sites visitos the latest in gaming news, reviews, previews as well as an active community forum.

We are currently looking for talented writers with a passion for gaming, that would like to write some reviews, previews or interesting articles for publication on the site.

We are in contact with many publishing companies and PR agencies and have a steady stream of preview and review games that come our way, which are then passed on to our reviewers which they may keep once they have been reviewed.

In order to show your interest in writing for us, and to prove your worth for these games, we are asking those interested to send an e-mail to scrappy@madgamers.net stating the following information:

Your full name:
Your consoles etc owned:
Your favourite games:
Your prefered genres (Action, FPS etc):

We are also asking that you send us a recent review that you have written. This will not be used on the site without your permission, but we would ask that it is something that you have written yourself and is an origional not submitted elsewhere on the internet).

We will check each review to see if it is up to scratch and if we feel that you are good enough to write for us, we will e-mail you back to discuss this further.

I must stress that this is not a paid position. This is purely on a voluntary basis.

Should you decide to write for us, you MUST write each game we send you, and you would be asked to review games that you currently own, or games that you buy.

All reviews written (with the exception of your 'example' review) must follow our format which you will be notified about should you be successful.


If you would just like to submit any reviews to the site without applying for a position, please feel free to do so.

As for reviewing, if you dont find any, I would be willing to review any game you send me, and the 1 or two i actually play anymore, but there are not many games i own, that i play.
