I am looking for a javascript code which can read text/xml file and should be displayed in scrollable form.

You can do it with AJAX to read the text/xml file and to scroll the text with the tags

Code:

<marquee>text</marquee>

but I don't have time to give you the ajax code, and it's much better to read the file with server-side language like php

If you google for JavaScript and XML you'll find some functions online. but yesh tis betetr to use PHP and XSLT for things like this, more secure and wont need JS enabled.
