It depends on the quality of course, you cant set a standard price without having a quality standard.

Personally I am a believer in "you get what you pay for".
Unless you are new or really inexperienced, there isn't really a reason why you should charge under about $200 (guesstimate).
Under charging not only hurts yourself but hurts the industry as well.
Personally, I voted '$300 < $XXX'. This might seem high but there are many firms out there that charge way more.
Be confident and always do the best to charge what you are worth.

I wouldn't go below 200 USD. But the better work the more you should expect to pay.

I have to agree with most of you.. Reason why I start this poll is because when I looked at Scriptlance.com, I found people bidding ridiculous amount for what a project worth $300 and more. And I've seen webmaster putting up outrageous budget for a big project. I've been f*** o** a few times for bidding higher than the budget stated.
Don't you think this thing is getting out of hand and should be stopped?

I think it's not OK to go under 200 USD, but there are so many people who'd make a site for 20 USD. Although in my country 200 USD is the monthly wage, I wouldn't go under this sum.

200 USD a month? Isn't that a bit (very) low?

5 Pages designed + coded and done specifically takes time. Right around $700+.
