Screen Recording

What are the best screen recorders? For either Mac/Windows (pref Mac).

By screen recorder I mean something that record video footage of what you are doing on your computer screen.

Cant remember the name for the one for mac, iStopU or something .. ? I bought it a while back and formated and haven't reinstalled it since, thanks for remembering me
