We have submarines and bases situated in so many parts of the world that we could hit ANY country with a nuke at any time of the day. Refer me to a country that can do the same.

I'm in the UK but we aren't exactly powerful so I'll go with the USA. Mainly because they belittle all other countries in terms of man power and number of nukes/weapons.
