I seem to suggest make them glossy
Other than that there really nice and there bieng used by me!

Perfect! I just made a set of glossy buttons(different shapes, circle, star, rectangle, etc) and I will post them by the end of this week.

Wow thanks alot man, is it just me or is there no permissions page? like what and what not to do with them, I would like to use a few of them in my layout maybe,

You can do what ever you want with it, use it on your projects personal or commerical. Only 1 condition, you cannot resale or distribute them.

Would it be possible to put them in templates to post for sale? Does that count as reselling?
I wouldn't mind paying a royalty per icon- your construction hat icon was what i was looking for for quite a bit of time...

Put them in templates for sale consider as reselling and it is not allowed. Sorry.
