rewrite this url ?

I want those 3 url's to look different, but i don't know how .httacces works.
Can someone tell we what i need to paste into the .ht.... file ?

I need this: http://www.ee13.com/games/index.php?action=links
turned into http://www.ee13.com/games/links.html

http://www.ee13.com/games/index.php?pageid=2
into http://www.ee13.com/games/contact.html

and
http://www.ee13.com/games/index.php?pageid=1
into http://www.ee13.com/games/advertise.html
