Looking For vBulletin/Wordpress Designer/Coder Team

I am in need of a vBulletin and Wordpress skin. I need them to be identical in styling like http://www.wiispace.com/.

I would prefer to hire a team that can both design and code the skins. I do not need the skins installed as I am fluent enough to do that much.

This skin will not be complicated at all. Hopefully, we can work out of the details in one conversation and then you can use your own creative mind to figure out the rest.
