Looking to start a template website

Ok, i'm gonna start a website dealing with templates, skins, etc: and i'd like someone to help me out.
I haven't purchased anything yet, but i'm waiting it out til I get enough designers and coders.

Here's what I need and before you apply, you must be commited to what you do.

- 2 designers
- 2 coders

We will dicuss how the money will be sorted out once u get at me on my msn.

template request ( if the customer wants their own customized template )
