Selling ad space banner image on the bottom of my portfolio:

Which is ultimately on every page of my portfolio considering I use php includes.
Banner Image Info:- Size: 468x60 (sample)
- Type: Any (gif,jpg,png,swf etc.)
Whats good in it?- Basics: The price is cheap for the reason that is explained below and Zoomrix has a large base of fans that visit regularely even though it is only a portfolio, it still includes tutorials, downloads, resources and more!

Since I need this to be a quick sale it will be quite cheap even though I can sell this to private companies for much more.
