My reason for sale is time. It's obvious by now that with a hosting venture coming around the corner pretty quickly as well as my duties as a freelancer that the site will suffer if I do not hand it over to somebody in a more fit state to bring it into the glory it deserves...I've set the ball rolling towards a bright future.

I'm looking for the sum of around $750 for the site, blog, job section, all design work and the domain name (which is registered at namecheap).

The buyer will have 10 days to transfer the site from my server to their own, backups will be made after these 10 days and the site removed from my server.

I wont undersell the community, chances are if someone wont pay what it's worth they wont treat it right anyway.

If nobody takes it at a good price then I'll have to plug away and keep making it happen
