last time i owned one, it was through wordpress, adding a screenshot after you loaded it onto server.
simple but complex as getting the screenshot and the right sizes
but dont quote me.

It's pretty simple as you just need to take a screenshot, go into photoshop and select a 225x150px box for the thumbnail, save, and just select an overall section, resize to 500px wide and save. You then just add them to the post via custom fields.
